Fast Creation of a Course
Prepare the following materials before creating a course
1.Course picture, 600*338 and less than 2M are suggested. Materials necessary for the course.
2.Course introduction, hieroglyph combination is suggested to achieve better effect. Materials necessary for the course.
3.Relevant course videos. Materials necessary for the course.
Videos need to be uploaded through the “Video Management” column firstly, and then be transcoded and reviewed. Only the approved videos can be used for the courses.
4.Teaching materials relevant to the course. Optional materials for the course. If there are any other teaching materials in Word or PPT format demanding for download by students, they need to be uploaded onto the Material Management column firstly, which need no review or approval.
Create a course: after preparing the above materials, enter the “Course Management” in “Teaching Management” column, click ‘create a course’
Step 1, fill in basic information including the course name, picture, introduction, etc.
Step 2, set up the price for the course;
Step 3, set up the marketing tool to make your course richer and your service perfect;
Step 4, choose the course lecturer (recorded course lecturer and live course lecturer), create the course catalog and upload the recorded course video and live course.

Upload the recorded course

Click “add a lesson”, choose recorded course as the type, input the course name and then click “save” to submit for approval
Create a live course
1.Click “add a lesson”, choose live course as the type and input the course name.

2.Find the added lesson in the “Set up the live time” column, set up the live time and the lecturer and then click “save” to submit for approval

3.You can find the live schedule of the very week in the “weekly live course list” in the “Teaching Management” column.

Tips for creating a live course:

1.As for the live streaming of the same lesson, the set time of live streaming of the latter one should not be earlier than that of the former one.

2.Time superimposing is prohibited in the live streaming of the same course

3.The start time should not be earlier than or the same as the start time

4.The live streaming should not last for over two hours

5.The interval between two live streaming should not be more than 1 hour

6.Time superimposing is prohibited in the live streaming created by the same lecturer

7.The interval between two live streaming created by the same lecturer should be more than 1 hour

8.End time of the last live streaming should be earlier than expiry time for watching the course
